Are the jewelry pieces real gold or silver?+
Krisha Sparkles sells high-quality imitation jewelry. Our pieces are gold-plated or silver-plated, not solid gold or silver.
How do I care for my jewelry?+
Keep away from water, perfume, and sweat. Store in the pouch provided. Wipe with a soft dry cloth after use.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, orders may already be packed and we cannot guarantee changes.
